BK Claims Analyst II

About the Rol

eThe BK Claims Analyst II plays a pivotal role in Bankruptcy case administration under U.S. Bankruptcy Code Chapter 11, working closely with the US team to handle Electronic Court Filings (ECF) on an overnight basis. The primary scope of work involves reviewing electronic filings from the PACER/court docket system, extracting and sorting filing information by client and case, and ensuring all ECF data is accurately updated and uploaded into the internal database in compliance with court procedures and internal quality standards

Responsibiliti

  • esPerform systematic review of Electronic Court Filings (ECF) via PACER and other court docket systems for assigned U.S. Bankruptcy Chapter 11 cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all new filings, orders, and claim-related document
  • s.Extract, sort, and organize ECF information by client and case type in accordance with established classification protocols, and key all relevant data accurately into the internal databas
  • e.Monitor court dockets for updates, amendments, objections, and court orders that may impact the status of active Proofs of Claim or case timelines, and flag changes to the US team as appropriat
  • e.Ensure all ECF-related entries are completed with a high degree of accuracy, meeting internal quality standards and U.S. Bankruptcy Code Chapter 11 compliance requirement
  • s.Review rejected or denied claims, research the causes, and resubmit corrected claim
  • s.Collaborate with the US team on overnight ECF service requests, ensuring timely processing and accurate documentation of all electronic filings received during assigned shift
  • s.Deliver training to both existing and new associates on ECF review procedures, data extraction standards, and database entry requirements, ensuring alignment with performance standard
