Job Description

  • We are looking for a Banking Voice Support Process associate to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our banking clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for banking services.

  • Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
