Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Banking Solution Architect to design and implement end-to-end solutions for core banking, digital channels, and payment systems. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of banking processes, regulatory compliance, and modern technology stacks to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define solution architecture for banking applications, including core banking, digital banking, payments, and regulatory systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Ensure architecture compliance with security, performance, and regulatory standards.
- Lead integration strategies for third-party systems, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Provide technical governance and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption for digital transformation initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in banking domain (retail, corporate, payments, lending).
- Expertise in solution architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
- Hands-on experience with core banking platforms (e.g., Temenos, Finacle, T24) and payment systems.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (KYC, AML, PCI DSS).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with API management, Open Banking standards, and ISO 20022 messaging.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Certifications: TOGAF, Cloud Architect, or Banking Technology certifications.
