Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of sales executives responsible for sourcing Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and other financial products. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales targets, team performance, customer acquisition, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members.
Generate business through field sales, referrals, and channel partners.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Monitor daily sales activities and productivity of the team.
Ensure proper documentation and timely loan processing.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for smooth loan approvals.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Develop sales strategies to increase market share.
Ensure compliance with company policies and banking guidelines.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
2–5 years of experience in BFSI, Banking, NBFC, or Loan Sales.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in handling a sales team.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of loan products and the lending process is preferred.
Salary
₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience)
