Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum for Premium Acquisition Managers at Equitas Small Finance Bank.
Business development Offficers required in Kollam.and Kottayam
The primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying their financial needs, and recommending suitable banking products and services. Additional duties involve achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to ensure organizational goals are met.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of banking products, sales strategies, and customer relationship management
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work effectively as part of a team
- Time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with banking software
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with customers
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; prior experience in sales or banking is a plus
