Project Role Description : Capture and validate client information related to banking and loan documentation. Process account creations, on-board new clients and perform maintenance for all banking products; including retail and commercial lending, bank accounts, card services.

Summary: As a Banking Processor, you will engage in the essential task of capturing and validating client information pertinent to banking and loan documentation. Your typical day will involve processing account creations, onboarding new clients, and performing maintenance for a variety of banking products, including retail and commercial lending, bank accounts, and card services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all client interactions are handled efficiently and accurately, contributing to the overall success of the banking operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure adherence to banking standards and regulations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Camunda BPM. - Strong understanding of business process management principles. - Experience with workflow automation and optimization. - Ability to analyze and improve banking processes for efficiency. - Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in banking. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Camunda BPM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
