Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day back-office banking operations and transaction-related activities.
- Process and verify customer and banking-related information with high accuracy.
- Maintain and update records and documentation as per process guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to banking procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Identify and resolve process-related discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Maintain accuracy and productivity while meeting process targets.
- Follow organizational policies and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of banking/BFSI experience.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- CIBIL score of 670+ is mandatory.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from the Bangalore office.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Immediate joiners only.
- Candidates should be available to join by 31st August.
