Job Description

Minimum 2 Years Of Experience In CASA Sales

  • Roles & Responsibilities of Bank Staff
  • Relationship Manager / Customer Service Officer
  • Greet and assist the customer.
  • Explain differences between savings and current accounts.
  • Help choose the right product based on the customer's needs.
  • Provide account opening forms and explain documentation requirements.
  • Document Verification Officer / Back Office
  • Verify KYC documents (ID proof, address proof, PAN card, etc.).
  • Perform background checks (e.g., blacklist checks, compliance screening).
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of the form.
  • Operations Team
  • Open the account in the core banking system.
  • Generate account number and link services (debit card, net banking, etc.).
  • Send confirmation to the customer.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., RBI guidelines, AML norms).
  • Branch Manager / Authorizing Officer
  • Approve account opening if required (especially for high-risk or business accounts).
  • Monitor quality and compliance of account opening procedures.
  • Handle escalations or complex cases.
