Banking Officer

We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Banking Officer to support daily branch operations, customer service, and sales activities. The role includes handling account-related transactions, promoting banking products, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and queries
• Promote and cross-sell bank products like CASA, fixed deposits, loans, and insurance
• Handle cash and teller functions accurately (if applicable)
• Maintain customer records and ensure timely KYC/AML compliance
• Support the branch team in achieving business and service targets
