Job Description

Acquire new Current and Savings Account (CASA) customers.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and branch walk-ins.
Meet monthly CASA acquisition and deposit targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Cross-sell products such as Fixed Deposits (FD), insurance, mutual funds, credit cards, and loans.
Handle KYC verification, account opening documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Ensure smooth customer onboarding and activation of accounts.
Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales service.
Coordinate with branch operations for account processing.
Maintain accurate customer records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Conduct customer meetings and business development activities in the branch catchment area.
Retain existing customers and increase account balances through regular follow-ups.
