Job Description



  • Customer Acquisition (CASA Sales)
  • Acquire new Savings and Current Accounts through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
  • Identify and target potential retail and MSME customers.
  • Conduct market mapping and generate leads from assigned areas.
  • Portfolio Management
  • Manage the existing CASA portfolio to increase balances and reduce attrition.
  • Cross-sell banking products such as:
    • Debit cards
    • Internet/mobile banking
    • Fixed deposits
    • Insurance, mutual funds, and other retail products.
  • Customer Relationship & Service
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients for retention and repeat business.
  • Provide quick resolution of customer queries related to CASA.
  • Ensure smooth account opening with proper documentation (KYC norms).
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure all KYC/AML guidelines are followed during account opening.
  • Maintain documentation accuracy and adherence to bank policies.
  • Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and risk checks.
  • Branch Support Activities
  • Support the branch in achieving CASA targets, both in numbers and value.
  • Participate in promotional activities such as stall setups, campaigns, and local events.
  • Provide support to walk-in customers for transactions and banking services.
