Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Banking Officer role based in Panchkula. As a Banking Officer, you will oversee customer engagement activities, manage financial transactions, and work to build strong business relationships. The role requires you to assist clients with banking services such as loans, accounts, and financial products, while ensuring high standards of customer service. You will also contribute to achieving branch targets and ensuring compliance with banking guidelines.
Qualifications
- Finance and Loans: Strong understanding of financial processes, banking products, and loan documentation.
- Customer Service and Communication: Excellent customer service skills with clear and professional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Business Relationship Management: Proven experience in building and managing customer relationships and understanding client needs.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify solutions, and recommend suitable banking services.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency in banking software and systems is an advantage.
