Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Banking Lawyer based in New Delhi. The Banking Lawyer will handle a diverse range of legal tasks:

Including drafting of title search reports;

Review of property documents, including land and revenue records ;

drafting, reviewing, and negotiating finance-related agreements, advising clients on compliance with banking regulations;

Liaise with banks legal & business teams on transaction documentation

Requirements:

LLB degree with strong fundamentals in banking and property law

Experience in working with Banks and Non-Banking Finance Companies;

2-3 years experience in a law firm or industry role focused on banking transactions

Proficiency in reviewing title search reports and drafting loan-related documents

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
