Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual for the position of Banking Email Process. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email, providing assistance with banking services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email regarding banking services and products.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues related to their accounts and transactions.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance on banking policies and procedures.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies while handling customer requests.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using email and other digital communication tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with banking products and services is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
