Job Title: Customer Service Executive Banking Process (International BPO US Shift)
Location: Malad & Thane (Work From Office Only)

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound/outbound customer queries related to banking services
* Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
* Maintain high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction
* Follow compliance, documentation, and process guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
* HSC with minimum 36 months (3 years) BPO experience Mandatory
* Graduate with minimum 1 year BPO experience Mandatory
* Very fluent English communication skills required
* UAN history verification is mandatory
* All educational & employment documents required
* Immediate joiners preferred
Shift Details:
* Pure Night Shifts (US Process)
* Shift window: 5:30 AM 9:30 AM (Any 9 hours within this window)
* 5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs
