About the Role:
We are hiring qualified Chartered Accountants for our banking operations team. The role involves financial analysis, audits, regulatory compliance, and support for business decision-making within the banking domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial reporting, audits, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and internal audit standards.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Handle taxation, MIS reporting, and financial statement preparation.
- Collaborate with business teams on financial planning and risk management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 25 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial management tools.
