Job Description

• Loan Support Possible Role Alignment to - Loan Support
• 1-3 years of experience in Commercial Banking
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for Commercial Loan operations, Ability to streamline and efficiently process the loan servicing functions across commercial lending products
• Handle client operations loan operations activities - servicing (loan boarding and maintenance), inquiries, email admin, UCC compliance, repayments, Escrow management, and run down admin support like reporting and compliance
• Contextual and domain expertise in commercial loans operations
• Communicating with onshore teams, stakeholders to resolve daily operational queries
• Making sure principal and interest schedules repayments & collection cycles is in sync with Loan docs
• Understanding of loan documents to verify servicing, repayment & billing process
• Ensuring adherence to credit and loan management policy
• Generating Payoff Quotes and Performing Deal payoffs to terminate loans in Sub ledger
• Answering Risk & customer queries with in stipulated timelines
• Collaborating with Risk, Closing and Onboarding team to understand the Loan structure of upcoming accounts
• Proficient in any of the Loan applications such as AFS Vision, ACBS, LoanIQ, Flexcube, etc.
• Tracking of the transactions assigned and completion on time.
• Daily Reporting of the activities/transactions processed. Maintain a proper record of all client files and dealings
• Ability to work under pressure, and increased workload around quarter and end year reporting

Knowledge/Experience:  

• Prior experience in Commercial and Business Banking is preferred
• 1-3 years of experience, basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications:

• Graduate (Preferably Accounting , Finance)

Essential:

• Knowledge of MS Office, Experience in Operations
• Desirable: Experience with Global Banks preferably in Commercial banking domain
