- Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide information on banking products and services
- Cash Handling: Cash Transactions: Process various cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing
- Currency Exchange: Handle foreign currency exchange and provide accurate exchange rates
- Banking Transactions: Account Management: Assist customers with account-related tasks, such as balance inquiries, account transfers, and statement requests
- Security: Security Measures: Adhere to security and compliance procedures, including verifying customer identification and detecting counterfeit currency
- Records and Documentation: Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift
