Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Bank Sales Officer . The role is based in multiple locations including Kumbakonam, Ariyalur, Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore, Tiruchirappalli, and Kovilpatti. Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in sales and be ready to contribute actively to driving sales in the banking sector.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in field sales with at least 1 year in a similar role; proficiency in Salesforce is mandatory for managing customer data and tracking sales (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent negotiation skills are essential to close sales deals effectively with potential banking clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong lead generation abilities to identify and maturate potential clients within assigned territories.
  • Proficient in customer relationship management to ensure satisfaction and retention of banking clients.
  • Sound knowledge of financial products to effectively address client queries and match products with customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey banking services and negociate terms successfully to potential and existing clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets within tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with field sales strategies and the ability to work independently in diverse geographic locations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to illustrate banking services and products, aiming to fulfill their financial needs.
  • Conduct field sales activities across designated locations to increase product reach and sales volume.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
  • Identify and generate leads through networking and other sales strategies to expand the company's client base.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to devise and optimize sales strategies tailored to market needs.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to develop insight-driven approaches to sales and customer engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients about our banking products and services.
  • Monitor and document all sales activities accurately including meetings, calls, follow-ups, and sales records.
