Description

The Bank Operations role is designed for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to begin their career in the banking sector. This position involves assisting with various banking operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the team in day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist in daily banking operations and customer service tasks
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and transactions
Support the team in administrative duties and reporting
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Contribute to maintaining a positive customer experience
Participate in training sessions and team meetings

Skills and Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic understanding of banking operations and financial products
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
