This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bank Manager based in Gwalior. The Bank Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, managing and fostering strong business relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving the achievement of financial targets. Key duties will include supervising and mentoring the branch team, implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies. The Bank Manager will also focus on driving customer satisfaction and expanding the branch's business portfolio.

• Proven expertise in Business Relationship Management, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Skills in Finance and Financial Services, with a strong understanding of banking operations and the ability to strategize for profitability.
• Experience in Customer Service, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and addressing customer needs effectively.
• Team Management skills, including the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve branch goals collaboratively.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• At least a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience in banking or financial institution management is highly desirable.
