Job Description
Job Title: Bank Internet Sales Officer Location: Coimbatore,Erode,Tiruppur Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Telecom / Internet Services Workplace: Inside Partner Bank Branches Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Bank Internet Sales Officers to promote and sell broadband internet plans to customers visiting our partner bank branches. The ideal candidate will be stationed inside the bank and will engage with walk-in customers, explain internet plans, highlight promotional offers, and assist with application processes. Key Responsibilities: Interact with walk-in customers inside the bank and understand their internet service needs. Explain broadband internet plans, pricing, features, and ongoing offers clearly and confidently. Assess customer eligibility and guide them through the application process. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain a strong relationship with bank staff and ensure smooth coordination. Collect customer feedback and report to the sales manager for continuous improvement. Ensure a professional and positive customer experience at all times.
Work Timing
Standard banking hours (Monday to Saturday)
Requirements
Qualification: Any Degree (Bachelor's degree in any stream)
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
