Job Summary
Support the cash management relationship manager by managing corporate client portfolios, conducting financial analysis, performing diligent KYC checks, researching industry trends, and resolving client queries to enhance service delivery and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial spreading and analysis to support management of the bank's corporate client portfolio
- Manage client queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams locally and overseas to facilitate client servicing and problem resolution
- Perform thorough KYC checks adhering to compliance procedures and reporting standards within the bank's framework
- Research and analyze cash management case studies to identify industry trends and update cross-border settlement solutions
- Assist customers by addressing transactional queries efficiently
- Execute additional tasks assigned by the Head of Department or company to support operational needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Recognized bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years experience managing Corporate Banking relationships, with preference for cash management product experience
- Strong knowledge of cash management products
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across multiple departments
- Proactive, energetic, result-oriented mindset with good business acumen
