Job Title: Agreement Support Coordinator

What Role You Will Play in the Team

As an Agreement Support Coordinator, you will be a key operational support partner within the Procurement organization. You will act as the primary point of contact for Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) and Requisition-to-Pay (R2P) related operations, supporting procurement professionals, business clients, and global stakeholders. Your role ensures efficient agreement setup, smooth transactional processing, and effective collaboration between internal teams, suppliers, and system partners.

What You Will Do

  • Create and manage procurement agreements in SAP for materials, services, and freight to enable automated purchase orders, receipts, and payments.
  • Maintain and update SAP agreements, including price revisions, additions/deletions, and client or supplier information updates.
  • Serve as the key contact for operational R2P/P2P troubleshooting and invoice workflow resolutions.
  • Drive transactional efficiency across agreement, PO, and invoice recycle processes through optimal setup and channel selection.
  • Issue and manage vendor master data requests in coordination with the vendor master team.
  • Provide SAP and P2P consultation to Procurement Professionals and Business Clients.
  • Support business clients with optimal SAP usage, invoice reconciliation, system implementations, and testing activities.
  • Develop and sustain expertise in PtP/SAP agreements while identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements.
  • Perform ad hoc SAP data analysis and reporting as required.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to facilitate data entry and agreement maintenance.
  • Provide category-specific operational support related to R2P/P2P processes.

Required Skills

Functional Skills

  • Strong knowledge of SAP (MM module mandatory).
  • Understanding of Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) and Requisition-to-Pay (R2P) processes.
  • Knowledge of procurement agreements and contracts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
  • Application of business and technical knowledge with a strong controls mindset.
  • Service-oriented focus with commitment to operational excellence.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, engineering or Equivalent.
  • Experience supporting procurement or agreement management processes in a global environment.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP agreement creation, maintenance, and P2P troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with cross-functional global stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Exposure to invoice management, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Dashboard Knowledge (Power BI)
