We are looking for a Bancassurance Sales Manager in Banca Channel Tele Vertical Department for India's Leading Life Insurance Company.
Job Purpose:
As a Bancassurance Sales Manager in the Tele Vertical at Life Insurance, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of telesales professionals to drive the sales of life insurance products through the Banca channel. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, maximizing revenue generation, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telesales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets within the Banca channel.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth and maximize revenue generation from assigned bank partners.
- Collaborate with bank partners to identify target customer segments, devise marketing campaigns, and implement sales promotions to enhance customer acquisition.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide sales training, and monitor performance to ensure sales objectives are met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners, including branch managers and relationship managers.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, performance analyses, and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.
Desired Candidates Profile:
- Qualification: Any Graduation / Post Graduation
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 Years in Sales and Marketing in the Banking, Life Insurance or Investment Domain
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Excellent Knowledge and expertise of selling Investment and LI Products
- Good Negotiation Skills
