Job Description

  • Leads will be generated from the assigned bank (different channels available across Life Insurance and Health Insurance companies).
  • Cross-sell various financial products to bank customers.
  • Drive customer business development and manage customer relationships.
  • Employment will be under the payrolls of the insurance company.
  • Schedule appointments, assess customers financial needs (life-related investments & insurance needs), recommend suitable products, gain agreement to purchase, and complete sales documentation accurately.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in Life / Health / General Insurance.
  • Acquire customers using the bank's database, walk-ins, and generated prospects.
  • Ensure sales completion by coordinating medical reports and ensuring timely policy issuance.
  • Explore opportunities to develop new markets/segments in line with company's sales strategy.
  • Support other Relationship Managers and bank sales teams through coaching on products, services, and selling skills; accompany them on client visits and demonstrate effective behavior.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any insurance channel.
  • Candidates from insurance, banking, pharma, retail, telecom, or other sales verticals are eligible.
  • Insurance or BFSI experience is mandatory.
  • Graduation is required.
  • Strong track record and employment stability are essential.
