- Manage the credit life insurance business through bank branches assigned in the territory
- Drive sales targets by working closely with bank branch staff and management
- Train and motivate bank staff to cross-sell credit life insurance products effectively
- Conduct regular joint calls with bank staff to pitch insurance solutions to customers
- Build strong and productive relationships with bank stakeholders at all levels
- Monitor sales performance and ensure timely reporting and analysis
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal processes
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify business opportunities and work on expanding penetration across the assigned bank branches
- Conduct refresher training sessions and product briefings regularly
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate (any discipline); MBA/PG preferred
Experience Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably in bancassurance
- Experience in managing relationships with banking partners is desirable
