Banca sales manager

Job Responsibilities

• Handle and develop customer relationships through the Banca Channel.
• Generate life insurance business through assigned bank branches.
• Coordinate with bank employees and Relationship Managers for lead generation.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Follow up with customers and convert leads into business.
• Provide proper customer service and maintain strong relationships.
• Ensure regular coordination with the branch team.

Candidate Requirements

• Mandatory: Life Insurance Sales experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Candidates with relevant Banca/Insurance sales experience will be preferred
