Job Description

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for the designated cluster or territory to achieve revenue and occupancy targets
  • Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of sales executives, coordinators, or representatives within the cluster
  • This includes recruiting, training, and performance management
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats
  • Adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and travel agencies
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue generation through direct sales efforts, negotiations, and pricing strategies
