About The Opportunity
Opportunity in the Private Healthcare & Wellness sector delivering outpatient Ayurvedic clinical services across multi-location urban clinics. You will join a patient-focused OPD practice delivering evidence-informed Ayurvedic diagnosis, therapeutic procedures, and herbal medication management to local communities in Delhi.
Role: BAMS Ayurvedic Physician (OPD) Lajpat Nagar & Dwarka, Delhi (On-site)
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality OPD consultations at Lajpat Nagar and Dwarka clinics: take case history, perform Nadi Pariksha, diagnose prakriti/vikriti and create individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver and supervise therapeutic procedures including Panchakarma modalities and therapies such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Nasya, Kati Basti as clinically indicated.
- Prescribe and manage Ayurvedic medicines and herbal formulations; ensure accurate dispensing records and patient medication counselling.
- Monitor patient progress through follow-ups, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes in the clinic record system.
- Maintain clinical governance: adhere to AYUSH protocols, infection control, consent procedures and clinic safety standards.
- Coordinate with support staff for appointment management, procedure preparation, patient education sessions and occasional community outreach or health camps.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- BAMS degree from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the relevant State AYUSH/CCIM council (valid to practice in India).
- Demonstrable OPD clinical experience with hands-on Panchakarma exposure (minimum 12 years preferred).
- Proficiency in pulse diagnosis (Nadi Pariksha) and Ayurvedic case formulation.
- Experience prescribing and managing Ayurvedic herbal formulations and internal/external therapies.
- Comfortable working on-site at two clinic locations in Delhi and coordinating clinic workflows.
Preferred
- Training or practical experience in Ksharasutra or Raktamokshana procedures.
- Prior exposure to Panchakarma centre operations and therapeutic equipment handling.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or clinic management software.
