Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BAMS - Ayurveda Consulting Doctor at Sri Sri Tattva, located in Bengaluru. The role includes providing Ayurvedic consultations, recommending treatments, and creating personalized wellness plans for patients. Responsibilities involve diagnosing health concerns, explaining Ayurvedic principles to clients, and prescribing lifestyle changes or herbal remedies as part of holistic treatment. The Consulting Doctor will also collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible care and actively participate in patient education.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Ayurveda principles, diagnostic techniques, and treatment methodologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and explain complex medical concepts
  • Will have to undergo Nadi Pariksha training programme post selection
  • Understanding of pulse diagnosis is mandatory
  • Master mind management techniques
  • Build greater trust with patients through personalized consultations
  • Contribute meaningfully to holistic wellness through your Ayurvedic practice
  • Ability to prepare personalized treatment plans and recommend appropriate herbal supplements or therapies
  • Capacity to maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills for maintaining digital health records
  • Relevant degree: Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) is mandatory
  • Strong commitment to patient care and a passion for promoting Ayurvedic wellness
  • Additional certifications or experience in Panchakarma therapy will be an added advantage
