Job Description – Bakery Chef

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Bakery Chef to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily bakery production operations, including the preparation, baking, decoration, and presentation of bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products according to company recipes and quality standards.

Assist in the production of desserts, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.

Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation practices at all times.

Manage ingredient preparation and daily mise en place requirements.

Monitor product quality, consistency, and presentation standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery section and equipment.

Follow supervisors instructions and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Support overall kitchen and bakery production operations as required.

Ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of production schedules.

Requirements

Minimum 5 + years of experience in bakery or pastry production.

Experience in desserts, pastries, and bakery preparation is preferred.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to product excellence.

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
