Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Bakery & Pastry Chef (Commi 2 & 3). The role involves preparing a variety of bakery and pastry items, including cookies and bread, ensuring quality and consistency. Daily tasks include handling food preparation, assisting in the baking process, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards. The selected candidate will contribute to the development and execution of high-quality products in alignment with Blue Tokai's standards and recipes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bakery and Baking techniques, with hands-on experience in a professional kitchen.
• Skills in preparing and handling a variety of high-quality food items, including Cookies and Bread.
• Experience in Food Preparation, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to recipes.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the kitchen team.
• Prior experience in a bakery or pastry setting is preferred.
• Relevant certification or training in baking or culinary arts is a plus.
