Role Description
This is a full-time Bakery role based on-site in Agra. The role involves preparing a variety of baked goods such as bread, cookies, and pastries, while ensuring the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing ingredients, mixing and baking, monitoring product freshness, and maintaining cleanliness in the bakery area. The candidate will also collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and maintain consistent production levels.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bakery and Baking techniques
- Experience in Food Preparation processes, including packaging and presentation
- Skilled in creating and perfecting Cookies and Bread
- Keen attention to detail and a focus on maintaining high quality and food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Prior experience in a bakery, pastry shop, or similar setting is a plus
- Culinary certification or relevant training in baking is preferred
