Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bakery and Pastry Instructor located in Delhi, India. The instructor will be responsible for delivering hands-on training sessions in baking and pastry arts, crafting and preparing recipes, supervising students, and maintaining a professional teaching environment. Responsibilities also include curriculum development, evaluating student performance, staying updated on industry trends, and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Strong baking and pastry skills, including decoration, presentation, and preparation of a variety of baked goods and desserts
• Experience in curriculum planning, lesson delivery, and effective teaching methodologies tailored to culinary students
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, as well as kitchen equipment maintenance
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to motivate and mentor students
• Formal certification or degree in Culinary Arts, Baking, or Pastry, with prior experience as a chef or instructor
• Passion for bakery and pastry arts, with the ability to inspire the same enthusiasm in students
• Adaptability to a fast-paced teaching environment and capability to manage multiple tasks effectively
