Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Bakery & Pastry Chef (Commi 1 & 2) for a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai. The Chef will be responsible for preparing a range of bakery and pastry items, including bread, cookies, and desserts, ensuring high-quality standards and consistency. Daily tasks involve assisting in food preparation, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness, managing ingredients, and following recipes and guidelines. The Chef will collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficiency and create exceptional products that align with the brand's standards.

• Proficiency in Bakery and Baking techniques to create high-quality products.
• Strong skills in Food Preparation, including measuring, mixing, and ensuring quality during production.
• Experience in making Cookies, Bread, and other bakery specialties.
• Ability to maintain high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Proven team collaboration and time management skills to meet production timelines.
• Prior experience in a bakery or food service setup is highly desirable.
• Certification or education in Culinary Arts or a similar field is preferred.
