Job Overview
Twixor is seeking a talented Mid-Level Backend Developer to join our dynamic team in Chennai or Bangalore. As a Backend Developer, you will leverage your expertise to design, develop, and maintain robust backend services that power digital customer engagement solutions across multiple messaging platforms. This is a full-time position ideal for professionals with up to 6 years of relevant work experience.
Qualifications And Skills
- Proficiency in Core Java (Mandatory skill) with strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and best practices.
- Hands-on experience using Spring Boot (Mandatory skill) for building, testing, and deploying scalable backend applications.
- Solid knowledge of Java and programming principles for developing high-performance, reliable server-side modules and APIs.
- Experience in developing REST APIs, including design, implementation, integration, and maintenance for scalable and secure communications.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, deployment, and orchestration for modular and efficient backend solutions in enterprise settings.
- Strong working knowledge of relational databases such as MYSQL, SQL, or PostgreSQL for effective data modeling, querying, and optimization.
- Experience with document-based databases like MongoDB to deliver flexible storage and retrieval for large-scale backend applications.
- Ability to manage full software development lifecycle, including version control, documentation, code reviews, and unit testing to ensure code quality.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable backend services using Core Java and Spring Boot to support digital process automation products.
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs to enable seamless integrations between client applications and backend infrastructure.
- Implement and manage microservices-based architectures to ensure high performance, availability, and modularity of backend systems.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, architects, and QA teams to deliver robust, maintainable, and secure enterprise solutions.
- Create and manage efficient database schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity using MYSQL, SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and the continuous improvement of backend processes and standards.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Stay updated with new backend technologies, tools, and best practices to contribute to technology roadmaps and continuous product innovation.
