Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review candidate profiles and assess their overall fit for open positions.
  • Contact candidates via phone, Zoom, LinkedIn, or email to validate interest and engage them in the recruitment process.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates qualifications, experience, interests, and logical reasoning.
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
