We are seeking a Backoffice professional to support our operations in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient back-office processes and will be responsible for various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Preparing Quotation in Excel & CRM Software
- Sourcing of Engineering Tools from various authorised suppliers
- Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records in databases.
- Coordinate with other Engineers / suppliers to ensure seamless operations and resolve queries.
- Maintain records and analyze data for management review.
- Support the team in administrative tasks and documentation.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with back-office operations and processes is a plus.
