We are seeking a Backoffice professional to support our operations in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient back-office processes and will be responsible for various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing Quotation in Excel & CRM Software
  • Sourcing of Engineering Tools from various authorised suppliers
  • Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records in databases.
  • Coordinate with other Engineers / suppliers to ensure seamless operations and resolve queries.
  • Maintain records and analyze data for management review.
  • Support the team in administrative tasks and documentation.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with back-office operations and processes is a plus.
