Position: Background Verification Executive
Location: Pune (WFO)
Experience: 6 Months - 3 Years
Timing: 8pm - 5am (Night shift)
Immediate joiners / Short Notice Period candidates preferred
Responsibilities:
- Initiating background checks for US consultants.
- Conducting background check and acquiring all documents from new hires to obtain complete compliance.
- Follow up with vendors for updates.
- Perform quality checks on the reports shared by the vendor to ensure BGV's are complete and data is recorded correctly.
- Receiving, and reviewing all requests, tracking, monitoring and follow up with vendors to ensure timely responses and process completion.
Qualifications:
- Should have 6 months - 3 years experience in Background Verification for US process.
- Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
