Background Verification

Job Summary:

The Background Verification Executive is responsible for conducting and managing the end-to-end employee background verification process to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and candidates to validate personal, educational, and professional details.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete background verification process for new hires and existing employees.
• Collect and validate candidate documents (ID proof, education certificates, employment history, etc.).
• Liaise with third-party verification agencies and ensure timely completion of checks.
• Track and maintain verification status in HR systems and prepare regular reports.
• Handle discrepancies and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and data privacy regulations.
• Communicate effectively with candidates regarding verification requirements and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 13 years of experience in background verification or HR operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with verification tools and HRMS platforms is a plus.
