Backend Technical Lead

Technical Leadership:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and maintainable .NET applications.
• Provide architectural guidance and enforce best practices for .NET development, including the use of Entity Framework and Azure cloud services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with strong debugging and analytical skills.

Team Management:

• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers to foster their professional growth.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

Project Management:

• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring team alignment and effective communication.
• Monitor project progress and address technical bottlenecks proactively.

Development & Maintenance:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core.
• Utilize Entity Framework for efficient data access and management.
• Implement, configure, and manage Azure cloud solutions for application hosting, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Ensure the implementation of RESTful APIs and adhere to secure coding practices.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in .NET development.
• At least 2+ years in a technical lead or supervisory role.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in:C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core
• Entity Framework
• SQL Server and database management
• RESTful APIs
• Experience with Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and DevOps.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
