Job Summary:
The Backend Sales Executive will support the HVAC and Air Purification sales team by handling techno-commercial documentation, order processing, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth project execution. The role requires strong coordination with clients and internal departments to ensure timely cost estimation and closure of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations for air purification & HVAC.
- Assist in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and system selection coordination.
- Handle RFQs, tenders, and project documentation.
- Follow up client on quoted leads and new projects.
- Process purchase orders (POs) and verify commercial terms.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales tracking sheets, and project status reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, datasheets, approvals, and handover documents. (If required)
- Track order status, dispatch, and installation schedules. (If required)
- Monitor payments, pending invoices, and billing milestones. . (If required)
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Understanding of HVAC systems and air purification solutions is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Excel (BOQ, costing, tracking sheets).
- Familiarity with technical datasheets and project documentation.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail in commercial and technical documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any filed
- 1–3 years of experience in HVAC backend sales / project coordination / techno-commercial role is preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Accuracy and turnaround time of quotations and BOQs.
- Client satisfaction and response time.
- Reduction in project delays due to backend issues.
- Timely order processing and coordination.
- Proper tracking of payments and documentation compliance.
