We are looking for a highly skilled developer who can develop Orchestra's enterprise RPA Orchestrator backend using Python and Azure services. Build a scalable, UiPath-alternative platform that manages thousands of software robots across enterprise environments.

What You'll Do:
- Develop Python-based RPA orchestration engine using FastAPI
- Implement bot lifecycle management (deployment, execution, monitoring)
- Build queue management system for work item distribution
- Create robot scheduling engine with resource optimization
- Develop credential vault and asset management systems
- Implement comprehensive logging and audit trails for compliance
- Build multi-tenant architecture supporting enterprise isolation
- Create APIs for bot communication and status reporting
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Application Development:
- 13+ Years experienced Backend Developer who can work on Python 3.9+, FastAPI, async/await for concurrent bot management
- Database: SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL for RPA metadata and audit logs
- Message Queues: For bot communication and work distribution
- API Development: RESTful services for bot and UI communication
- Security: Encryption, secure credential storage, audit logging
- Understanding of RPA architecture and orchestration patterns
- Experience with bot lifecycle management
- Knowledge of queue-based work distribution systems
- Familiarity with enterprise automation compliance requirements
