Role: Backend / Platform Engineer (AI Systems)
Experience: 3-8 years

About the Role

You will build the core platform services and APIs that power AI workflows, integrations, and enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs

• Develop microservices for QA workflows, scoring, and insights delivery

• Integrate with internal and external systems (CRM, contact center, etc.)

• Build orchestration layers for AI workflows

• Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability

• Collaborate with AI and data teams for seamless integration

Required Skills

• Strong backend development (Python, Node.js, or Java)

• Experience building REST/gRPC APIs

• Familiarity with microservices architecture

• Experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway)

• Understanding of system design and distributed systems

Nice to Have

• Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka, SNS/SQS)

• Exposure to AI/ML system integration

• Knowledge of multi-cloud architectures
