• Handling backend operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the operations
• Managing large amounts of data and ensuring data accuracy
• Generating reports and providing insights to the team
• Working closely with other teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions

Skills and Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in backend operations or a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
• Experience in data entry and management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles would be an added advantage
