Backend Operations Executive

Symbiosis Infra Pvt. Ltd., a real estate advisory firm based in Gurugram, is hiring a Backend Operations Executive to manage post-booking processing, CRM records, invoicing, brokerage tracking, and MIS reporting. This is a highly coordination-heavy role — you'll be the link between our sales team, developers, and internal accounts, ensuring every transaction runs cleanly from booking closure to brokerage collection.

What You'll Do

• Handle backend formalities after property bookings close — document verification, submission to developers, and record-keeping
• Maintain and update CRM records for leads, site visits, bookings, and cancellations
• Generate brokerage invoices and track their status from raised to paid
• Follow up on pending brokerage payments and collections with developers and accounts teams
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering sales, brokerage, invoicing, and collections
• Maintain digital and physical filing of all transaction documents
• Coordinate across developers, channel partners, customers, and internal teams

What We're Looking For

• Graduate in any discipline; real estate, CRM, accounts, or operations background preferred
• 1–4 years of experience in backend operations, CRM, or sales coordination
• Strong Excel skills — formulas, filters, pivot tables, MIS preparation
• Experience working with CRM software
• Basic understanding of invoicing, GST, TDS, and payment reconciliation is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and follow-up skills
• Good communication in English and Hindi
