- Inventory and Warehouse
- Maintain accurate stock levels, GRN/GIN records, and daily stock reconciliations.
- Plan and execute cycle counts; investigate and resolve variances.
- Coordinate with master ji/production for job cards, material issue/receipt, and packing readiness.
- Dispatch, Packaging, and Last‑Mile
- Plan daily pick–pack–ship, create packing lists, labels, and e-way bills as needed.
- Supervise packaging quality, quantities, and dispatch timelines.
- Book pickups with courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, etc.) and negotiate rates/SLAs with support.
- Track shipments end‑to‑end; update customers/internal teams; resolve delivery exceptions/claims.
- Vendor and Procurement Coordination
- Raise purchase requests/POs, follow up on deliveries, and close GRNs.
- Maintain vendor master, rate cards, and basic contract/SLA records.
- Coordinate returns/replacements and debit notes with vendors.
- Finance and Reporting
- Record purchase and sales invoices, delivery challans, and credit/debit notes in Tally/ERP.
- Reconcile courier bills vs. shipments validate weights, zones, COD remittances, and claims.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS stock position, dispatch report, in-transit orders, aging, GRN/GIN, and courier cost.
- Support monthly closures , inventory valuation, petty cash, vendor reconciliation, and basic GST support (data to CA).
- Process and Compliance
- Implement and improve SOPs for receiving, storage, packaging, and dispatch.
Requirements
- 2–5 years in operations/warehouse/logistics/inventory e‑commerce or light manufacturing preferred.
- Working knowledge of Tally/Zoho/Busy or similar ERP; Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Familiar with courier portals and e‑way bill generation; GST basics a plus.
- Strong coordination, follow‑up, and problem‑solving; comfort working on the shopfloor.
KPIs/Success Metrics
- Inventory accuracy (>98%) and shrinkage control.
- On-time dispatch rate and delivery TAT adherence.
- Cost per shipment/courier reconciliation accuracy.
- Timely closure of GRNs/invoices and clean vendor reconciliations.
- Reduction in delivery exceptions/claims and packaging defects.
- SLA adherence with production (master ji) and vendors.
