Backend office Cordinator

Responsible to monitor daily attendance, location and working of Field Staff.

Create Retailers WhatsApp Groups and sending Product Message and Product Order

Booking Message in the WhatsApp groups.

Prepare & Maintain MIS on daily Basis.

Responsible to do any type of modification related to Area, Route, Stockist, DCR and

Employees detail.

Prepare Daily Updates of the marketing Team.

Prepare final attendance sheet at the end of the month.

Responsible to prepare Sales sheet & upload in the application on the monthly

basis.

Any Other Activities Assigned from time to time by HOD for Smooth Functioning of the Department.
