Backend Intern

Position: Backend Intern

Duration: 6 Months (Full-time Internship)

Location: Hybrid

We are looking for an enthusiastic Backend Intern to join our engineering team. In this role, you will work closely with senior developers to design, develop, and test RESTful APIs, contribute to backend logic, and support integration with frontend or mobile applications.

This is a hands-on internship where you will gain practical experience in backend development,

• Assist in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs using Django/Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Collaborate with the team to design database models and optimize queries.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented Python code.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and fix bugs in backend services.
• Support integration of APIs with frontend and mobile applications.
• Participate in code reviews, daily standups, and sprint discussions.
• Learn and apply best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
